Many things are responsible for being overweight. But if your spouse regularly complains about your size, then take a step. However, where it is a source of discomfort, then do something. In either of the two, what is essential is to take an appropriate step towards addressing what seems to be disturbing. Satisfying your spouse sometimes goes beyond activities in bed. Necessarily, responding to his feeling and doing what makes him happy is normal. To appear excellent and smart is a sure way to impress your spouse. Being overweight does not in any way enhance good health, comfort, and a source of attraction to your spouse. So why adding weight unnecessarily?
Unfortunately, some people strongly believe that it is natural to accumulate fat. However, this concept is not absolutely right. It is a fact that there are solutions to many things that are not normal in our lives. Life is about comfort. So, working against any anomalies is not out of place.
Preventive measures against overweight
Negligence on the part of some people is a contributory factor to their being overweight. A reliable precautionary measure is to be sensitive to our health including weight. The accumulated fat does not suddenly emerge in the body. It gradually gathers over time. To watch weight is the responsibility of every individual. Basically, it is healthy to regularly check body weight and take note of the consumption rate of fat-related substances. Above all be proactive to deal with all that threaten your health and marriage.
Apart from the use of a measuring scale, the following observation is important to determine one’s condition in terms of outsize.
-1- Existing underwears become tight. -ii- Tighs beginning to jam each other. -iii- Gradually feeling heavy. -iv- Upper part of hands becoming bigger/heavier. -vi- Experiencing tiredness after usual work/walk. -vii- Panting while walking. -viii- Unusual snoring. etc
Things that cause weight gain
A considerable number of variables are usually responsible for being overweight. What makes people add weight differs. During aerobic exercise, a woman explained that she usually adds weight when children are on holiday. While on holiday, children do all the work that often occupies her time and consumes her energy. She further explained that she and her spouse regularly engage in sanitation work on every Saturday.
Below are a few reasons why people are unnecessarily overweight:
Intakes – Our intake at every point in time has a direct effect on health and weight. One is likely to become overweight for consuming too much fat and sugar. More so beef and other substances are often responsible for the same.
Eating habit – This explains the poor manner of eating. Eating when not hungry or unnecessarily eating too much.
Lack of exercise – One major cause of being overweight is lack of exercise. To remain in a place for too long and consistently is responsible for being overweight. It usually happens in the case of individuals with a tendency to become fat.
Wrong medication – In efforts to add weight in the case of slim people, some drugs are often recommended. Unfortunately, some of those drugs are not without side effects.
Nature – Some people are naturally fat. This can be hereditary.
After childbearing – In women, it is observed that the chance of adding weight is high if the first child is a baby girl (not medically established).
